Typical Muslim Arrogance

I am always struck by the unmitigated arrogance of Muslims. They are without a doubt the most immoderate and immature ideology that I have ever encountered. From Voice Of America comes a report on the long awaited dialogue between Muslim and Catholic scholars.
A seminar has been scheduled for this November and will take place in Rome. Pope Benedict XVI has been desirous of dialogue with Muslim scholars. In 2006 a speech by Pope Benedict sparked riots fueled by the ever present Muslim outrage. The speech was made by the Pope in Regensberg, Germany and made reference to comments that another Pope had made centuries ago. The commentary from that long ago Pope was on the violence and irrationality of the Muslim faith. Why the Pope desires dialog with mindless barbarians I just don't know. Here is a snippet from one of those scholars regarding the planned dialogue:

Professor Nayed said that for some Muslims the wounds from the pope's German lecture are still open.

"For some Muslims, they are not healed, completely not healed," he added. "And there are some Muslims who are boycotting the Vatican. And some important Muslims and some important bodies of Muslim scholars still feel offended by that quite deeply."

Professor Nayed said that although the pope's speech was, in his words, "a huge mistake," the Vatican has since shown positive signs. He said Pope Benedict - in his visit to Turkey's Blue Mosque in November 2006 - has sought to make amends.

In light of the fact Islamists murdered a kind man who was a Bishop in Iraq I would be opening a different kind of dialogue with "Muslim counterparts". One that stresses that Muslims need to learn to have respect for not just other religions but basic human rights. At this point Islam does not deserve a seat at the table with other religions. Only in Islam is it acceptable to murder a man of God because of his religion.

Professor Nayed, I am offended that so many of your co-religionists are a bunch of murdering, lying, raping, child abusing, evil monsters. Your precious Islam is just an excuse for war and evil. Take a look at the conflicts in the world what do 99% have in common? Islam. I am sick to death of typical Muslim arrogance. Professor Nayed, the Pope does not owe Muslims an apology for his 2006 commentary. Islam damn sure owes the rest of the world an apology. How about we start with you Professor Nayed for your arrogance .

Iraq: AlQaeda Torture Compound Destroyed by USAF B-1B

A B-1B Lancer aircrew destroyed an al-Qaida torture compound and prison with six guided bomb unit-38 Joint Direct Attack Munitions at 2:07 p.m. March 10 in Zenbaraniyah.

The bombing marked a change of fortunes for the village, where local villagers began standing up to the terrorists a little more than a month ago in the former al-Qaida hotbed south of Baghdad.

The 500-pound-class Global Positioning System-guided bombs struck the torture compound in a coordinated effort with Multi-National Division - Center officials and Iraqi forces. “This (airstrike) removes the last remnants of al-Qaida from this area,” said Army Lt. Col. Mark Solomon, the 6th Squadron, 8th Cavalry Squadron commander.

Residents apparently cheered after the clearing and a former Iraqi intelligence officer had this to say:

“We all feel good,” Aubid Abdalla said. “It’s a dark past that is gone.”

Mr. Abdalla, a former Iraqi army intelligence officer, was encouraging local citizens to give coalition efforts a chance, when he was kidnapped. He spent 15 days in the facility and saw a young boy and an old man killed while he was held prisoner.

Less than an hour afterward, after the B-1B’s precision deliveries destroyed the al-Qaida torture facilities, Mr. Abdalla said the event had changed him.

“I’m a lot happier now,” he said. “It was like my mother gave birth to me again.”

A Fort Hood, Texas airman had the honor of delivering the final blow:

Senior Airman Joseph Aton, a joint terminal attack controller assigned to Fort Hood, Texas, directed the final clearance in the B-1B’s deliberate JDAM weapons delivery process.

“It was great to be part of this,” Airman Aton said. “You can tell the people were happy to have this place gone and it was awesome to make a difference for them.”

BBC Fabricates Story Of Home Demolition Report

I had seen reports earlier that Israel had bulldozed the family home of Ala Abu Dheim, who murdered 8 students at the Rabbinical Seminary. I didn't bother to read the reports as I felt it was propaganda from Hamas.

I really was surprised to find out the BBC fabricated the story!

On Friday, March 7, 2008, the BBC’s World News with Jonathan Charles (seen in the U.S. on PBS stations as part of BBC America) aired footage purporting to show the demolition and burning of a house that belongs to the family of Ala Abu Dheim, the terrorist who murdered eight students and wounded nine others in the Mercaz Harav Yeshiva (Rabbinical Seminary) .

Against footage of a bulldozer destroying a burning home, BBC reporter Nick Miles was heard in voiceover proclaiming:

In the hours after the attack, Israeli bulldozers destroyed his [the terrorist’s] family home. Later, his mourners set up Hamas and Islamic Jihad banners nearby.

But, in fact, it never happened! The film clip could not possibly have been of the terrorist’s family home, as it is still standing and, together with the nearby public mourning tent erected by the family, serves as a shrine dedicated to the "martyred" terrorist.[...]

Contrary to the BBC’s report, however, the only action taken by Israeli police against the Abu Dheim home was ordering the removal of Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and Hezbollah flags from the front of the house!

Thanks to CAMERA for alerting Rusty about this. The BBC need to be exposed for being a possible? mouthpiece for the terrorists. What other reason is there for fabricating this.

"Redneck" Shop Creates Dispute In S.Carolina

Talk about erroneous teaser headlines such as the SF Gate offers this story:

SF Gate: A black civil rights activist is fighting to close a store that sells KKK robes and T-shirts emblazoned with racial slurs. David Kennedy is confident he can make it happen. After all, he says he owns the building.

Since 1996, the Redneck Shop has operated in an old movie theater that, according to court records, was transferred in 1997 to Kennedy and the Baptist church he leads.

"Our ownership puts an end to that history as far as violence and hatred, racism being practiced in that place and also the recruiting of the Klan," Kennedy said. "This is the same place that we had to go up into the balcony to go to the movies before the Klan took it. So there's a lot of history there."

But legal documents also indicate that the man who runs the store, 62-year-old John Howard, is entitled to operate his business in the building until he dies. Now the dispute may go to court.

The shop is called The Redneck but also states it is a museum of the history of the KKK. To associate all "rednecks" with the KKK deliberately is outrageous.

SF Gate sucks as does the KKK.

England 3.000+Asian Children Abducted For Forced Marriages

The true number of Asian children vanishing from school and being forced into arranged marriages overseas could be as high as 3,000, two reports have indicated today.

The figures were compiled in an official Government report to highlight how many children have disappeared from school registers in England - but it is feared many are forced into unhappy marriages against their will.

Information gathered from a separate report today suggests that the number of illegal forced marriages each year - most in Asian families - runs into several thousand[...]

MPs fear that young girls, and sometimes young boys, are being taken out of the education system and forced to marry against their will.

They believe that this is happening because the youngsters are deemed to be too Westernised.

One teenage Pakistani girl told how she was pulled out of school when she was just 13-years-old, taken to Pakistan and forced to marry a man who assaulted and raped her.

How many of those children return to England with their "babies" to live off the welfare there?

When the babies are old enough they too will leave to be forced into marriage. The cycle continues and more and more Islamist drain Englands economy through the welfare rolls. Exiled British cleric Omar Bakri Mohammed has openly stated how to work the UK's welfare system.

The article made reference to religious practices regarding "forced marriages" stating it had nothing to do with religion. Sure it doesn't. PC at its finest.

"However it still indicates the scale of the problem of forced marriages, which are unacceptable, and condemned by all religions. Forced marriage has nothing to do with religion - it is a part of a patriarchal system where parents believe they know what is best for their children."

Can't offend Islam now can we? The author did mention this but not the religion that does this, note the "so-called" reference:

The Government also has concerns about 14 further areas which are suspected of having high rates of so-called "honour violence".

On the subject of honour-related violence, the Bishop of Rochester, the Rt Rev Michael Nazir-Ali, who recently said that Christians faced "no-go areas" in some parts of the country, asked: "Can you assure us that there is effective policing in all areas of the UK so that women exposed to violence are adequately protected?"

Lord West replied: "At times there has been nervousness that this might step across cultural or religious divides, but there are no cultures or religions that condone so-called honour-based violence."

They just don't get it do they or are they afraid to say? It isn't "so-called" it is part of Sharia law. Not once was Islam mentioned in the article. Again, for fear of offending.

An Infiltrater of AlQaeda Speaks Out

Between October 2002 and January 2003 Mohamed Sifaoui infiltrated an Al-Qaeda cell in France in order to research his book "Mes fre'res assassins: Comment j'ai infiltre' unde cellule d'Al-Qaida" (My assassin brothers: How I infiltrated an Al-Qaeda cell). Middle East Quarterly:

MEQ: What was your reaction to Al-Qaeda deputy leader Ayman al-Zawahiri's appeal on September 20, 2007, "to wipe sons of France and Spain" out of the Maghreb?[2]

Sifaoui: I've been expressing the same warnings about Islamist terrorism for years. Zawahiri's statement doesn't surprise me. Since the GSPC [Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat] pledged its allegiance to Al-Qaeda in September 2006, Algerian terrorists and Al-Qaeda leaders expressed their objective very clearly: Intensify terrorist attacks against the Algerian regime and its institutions, as well as against lay and democratic people, targeting Western and especially French citizens.[...]

MEQ: Would you use the term Islamo-fascism to describe this threat?

Sifaoui: I certainly am one of the first Muslims to consider Islamism to be fascism. This is not a subjective decision but rather a serious, academic argument. Fascism and Islamism are comparable in many aspects: Fascism, without evoking all its particularities, bears similarities to trends also present in Islamism. I am, of course, making a reference to their will to exterminate the Jews. On this point, the Islamists may go even further in their doctrine than the Nazis did, considering that the end of the world could only occur when there are no Jews left on earth. In the three monotheist religions, apocalypse, end of the world, and doomsday exist and are liturgical events invested with a high degree of spirituality. Hence, the Islamists interpret the end of the world in a very special way. Whereas it is written nowhere in the Qur'an, exegetes describe the end of the world as the day when even the trees and rocks will be able to talk and tell the Muslims: "Come here, there is a Jew hiding behind me. Come and kill him." And this would go on, until there would not be any Jew left on earth. This ideology is pure fascism.

MEQ: Are there other similarities?

Sifaoui: The will to exterminate or do harm to homosexuals is another similarity between Nazism and Islamism. The Islamists, also, say that they are the best community in the world, a superior race thanks to their beliefs. They use political means to arrive at this erroneous exegesis. I do not fear to call it fascism. And there are many more similarities between fascism and Islamism.[...]

MEQ: Do you believe it is possible to criticize Islamism without being called a racist?

Sifaoui: Absolutely, I would say that one must criticize Islamism. When I am criticizing Nazism, I am not being anti-German.

MEQ: When did you feel for the first time that you had to criticize Islamism?

Sifaoui: I have always felt that it was a moral duty.[...]

Sifaoui: Between October 2002 and January 2003, I spent four months infiltrating an Al-Qaeda terrorist cell in France. Two months before the launching of the Iraq war, when I was in the midst of the group, one of the Islamists said, "Now we are going to pray for George Bush to attack Iraq." I was surprised and acted as if I were stupid: "Really? Why do you want America to kill our brothers?" The most clever and elevated in Al-Qaeda's hierarchy, Amara Saïfi [the GSPC's emir in London] whispered to me, "All over the world, our brothers are now praying for George Bush to attack Iraq. War between the Muslim world and the Western world is bound to happen. Unfortunately, Muslims are too divided. Far too many of them do not pray regularly and neglect religion and jihad. In order to unify and mobilize all these people, we have to continue what we initiated on 9-11. We attacked America to make her retort everywhere in the Muslim world, in order to create a real war between Muslims and the West, and especially Israel."

MEQ: That's incredible.

Sifaoui: Another of the group added, "Once Iraq is at war, many of our brothers will go there to fight jihad. George Bush will have answered our prayers by suppressing our enemy Saddam Hussein and unifying the Muslims in jihad. Then as Westerners do not know how to fight attrition wars, we know that they will inevitably get stuck. We will wait until they leave in order to establish an Islamist state in Iraq. This war will be a pretext to launch terrorist attacks in Europe as well."

Unfortunately, you can see their theory is valid. They predicted exactly what is happening.

Now we need to convince the Dem's and leftist that there is no way we can pull out of Iraq. Very interesting interview and be sure to read it all.

AlQaeda In Islamic North Africa Claims Responsibility For Kidnapping of 2 Austrian Tourists

Militant group al-Qaeda in Islamic North Africa[group profile] has said it took two Austrian tourists hostage in Tunisia last month.
The declaration, made in an audio broadcast aired on al-Jazeera TV, said the duo were kidnapped on 22 February.

A spokesman who called himself Salah Abou-Mohammad said it was retribution for the West's support of Israel. Austria's foreign ministry said two Austrians had been missing in Tunisia since mid-February.

"We tell Western tourists that at the same time they are flowing into Tunisian lands seeking joy, our brothers are being slain in Gaza by the Jews with the collaboration of the Western states," the al-Qaeda spokesman was quoted by AP as saying.

Austrian authorities did not release their names, saying only that they were a 51-year-old man[**Wolfgang Ebner], and a 40-year-old woman[**Pictured above is Andrea Kloiber see Lusa Web] , the Associated Press news agency reported.

Gawd I hate alQaeda and their form of Islam. Bas***ds. May thoughts and prayers are with the hostages, their family and friends. May they all find strength to handle this horrific situation of human life hating alqaeda.

Noblesse Oblige, where I found this information above, has a wonderful article concerning the hostages in Iraq and elsewhere and the importance of keeping this story alive. MSM appears to be ignoring it and that is a shame. The hostages and their family and friends deserve more.

November I wrote a post about Jonathon Cote, who’s now been held hostage in Iraq or Iran for 36 days longer than the people in the Iranian Hostage Crisis were.

He and the other heroes in captivity (one police officer, a US Army Soldier,) will be hostage for two years this coming November. It’s easy in the buzz of events to forget this, but at times it comes back with a thud to me.

Most people are probably assuming that the hostages have been killed by now, but I have high confidence that they are still living. No, I won’t tell you the reason for that confidence until perhaps after he’s freed.

The thud comes at odd times — I’ll click on Itunes and think “Jonathon doesn’t get to listen to music I bet.” Or I will read of another hostage taking by Islamic Terrorists, like this one today, or perhaps I will stumble across an Israeli story on Gilad Shalit.

“I have been warned to shut up. But when Yasser Abdul Said killed those girls he did not just spill Muslim blood on American soil. He shed my blood. I am not going to be quiet. I made a promise at their funerals that I would speak out.”

I am talking to Gail Gartrell, the great-aunt of Amina and Sarah Said who were honor murdered by their father, Yasser Said, on New Year’s Day, 2008. (I have written about this tragic case before for Pajamas Media.) HERE
As of this writing, Yasser Said has not yet been captured.

The girls were murdered in Irving, Texas, an area with a large Muslim population that is also known to some experts as a place where Hezbollah and the Muslim Brotherhood may be active. Gail and the other female relatives with whom I have spoken believe that Yasser Said is “possibly some kind of terrorist. I was only recently told that Yasser always seemed to have a lot of guns, machineguns—they’re illegal here—but handguns too.” Gail tells me:

“It’s another face of jihad. These men come here from Egypt, they marry American women in order to become American citizens. The American wives convert to Islam. Then, they have Muslim children who are natural-born American citizens—but who are raised to hate America and to want to live under shari’a law. Then, these men expect their teen-age American daughters to marry much older Muslim men from Egypt in arranged marriages. I know that Yasser wanted Amina to marry someone from Egypt.”

On March 8, 2008, nine relatives, who live in Texas and who are Christians, gathered on the spot where Amina and Sarah were murdered to “celebrate their lives.” The spot is right near a shooting range and shots continued to ring out as they and their Minister spoke. (Gail told me that here is another example of Yasser knowing “exactly what he was doing. He did not want anyone to pay attention to a gun going off when he shot his daughters dead.” )

The girl’s own mother, “Tissie” (Patricia) Said, was not at the March 8th Celebration. She is the one who effectively lured her daughters to their deaths. Also not there was their brother, Islam Said, Yasser and “Tissie’s” first-born son.

I keep those fighting for justice in my thoughts and prayers. May those responsible for this horrendous crime be held accountable. Mr Said, Mrs. Said and your son are animals!
