Our writer Siraj Davis in Palestine called the group out for its one-sided anti-Islam slant. I agree with him completely. His article is about the shoddy and laughable (unless you are him) conviction of a young man named Ziyad Yaghi whose mother is fighting for his freedom. Yahgi is convicted under the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) which sound-minded conservatives despise along with the rest of us. This is the Obama law that allows Americans to be detained without charges, it is some of the worst, most anti-American legislation ever passed in this country.
This all stems from the case of one Ziyad Yaghi, in which Salem News Whatever maintains that Ziyad Yaghi is an innocent victim[Indictment]. We were specifically accused by Salem News of being spies under contract of the the US government because we had up a few images from Ziyad Yaghi's facebook account.
Luckily, no one was injured.

Former Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Sobhi Tfaili criticized the participation of Hezbollah fighters in the Syrian conflict, saying those who are killed in Syria will “go to hell” and are not considered martyrs.

A federal jury in San Diego on Friday convicted four Somali immigrants — including an imam from a local mosque — of conspiring to funnel money to a terrorist group in their native country.
After a three-week trial and three days of deliberations, the jury convicted the four men of conspiring to raise and send money to Somalia's al-Shabaab. The men coordinated fundraising efforts and sent nearly $9,000 to al-Shabaab between 2007 and 2008, prosecutors said[...]
Those convicted Friday include 40-year-old Mohamed Mohamed Mohamud, who prosecutors said used his connections as a popular imam at a mosque in San Diego's City Heights neighborhood to raise money for the group.

DAKAR (Reuters) - The U.S. Embassy in Senegal said on Friday it had received information of a bomb threat to the capital Dakar.
In a text message to U.S. citizens, the embassy advised its nationals to stay away from the city centre until further notice but did not give any further details.

The six-day manhunt for accused killer Christopher Dorner took a dramatic turn Tuesday when the suspect got into a shootout with authorities, according to law enforcement sources.
Details were sketchy. But the sources said that Dorner burglarized a home in the Big Bear area, tied up a couple and stole their car.

The gunman rang the doorbell of 70-year-old Lars Hedegaard's apartment in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, under the pretext of delivering a parcel, but when the writer opened his front door the hitman pulled out a weapon and fired a shot that just missed Mr Hedegaard's head.
