Nothing to see here. Someone must have simply misplaced their garbage bag full of of C4 in a Manhattan cemetery. I'm sure it was intended for nonviolent, humanitarian purposes. Move along now...
UPDATE: Okay, this just got weird, and a little bit disconcerting... It appears a maintenance worker found the bag of explosives - A YEAR AGO! It was apparently left where it was concealed all that time, and it's just now been brought up to authorities after being rediscovered. Seriously?!
