UN Rights Body Held "Moment of Silence" for Gaza Martyrs

YNET
The UN Human Rights Council held a moment of silence Tuesday for "martyrs in Gaza" killed by Israeli armed forces, after a request by Iran's foreign minister.

Manouchehr Mottaki called for the gesture on behalf of the "women and children who are nowadays under attack by the Zionist regime," the term Iranian officials use for Israel because they do not recognize the Jewish state.

Apparently Israel's UN Ambassador in Geneva, Itzhak Levanon, wasn't too pleased and told the group "he would have stood himself if moment of silence had been devoted to the human rights abuses of those in Iran".

Good on him. How dare Iran accuse others when they commit the most horrendous human rights abuses themselves.

The ones committing human rights abuses in Gaza are the terrorists(insert group as there are several) with Irans help. They use the populace as human shields and photo op's when they are dead.

I frequent Israelly Cool alot for frequent updates and "somewhere" for photos.

Also at My Pet Jawa with update by Rusty.
