DEVELOPING: The man suspected of a bombing attempt on a Colorado mall has been captured by police, law enforcement sources tell Fox 31.

Earl Albert Moore, 65, was arrested and taken into custody at around 8 a.m. Tuesday in Boulder, Colo., according to the station.

Authorities launched a nationwide manhunt for Moore over his alleged involvement in an attempted bombing last week at the Southwest Plaza Mall in Littleton, Co. The FBI has referred to the incident as an act of domestic terrorism[...]

Investigators, however, said Monday that the event was not likely related to the anniversary.[Columbine High School Shootings..ed] Authorities have found a motive but aren't releasing additional information, an FBI spokesman said.[Read more]
I wonder what this judge thinks now, if Moore does turn out to be the mall bomber..
A judge sentenced Moore to between 15 and 19 years in prison [for bank robbery], but a federal appeals court in 2006 ruled his stiff sentence was "unreasonable" and Moore's sentence was reduced to seven years.
Maybe he missed being cornholed....
